All our modules/services are original and licensed using legal agreements. Hope you consider the below Service/module constraints before the Use.

• Do not create copy of service/module including electronic transmission.
• You can not resell, lease, loan, assign, sub-license, rent for profit, distribute, publish on any network.
• You can not create a copy of our software, services, and modules in machine-readable format as a backup with all original copyright notice.
• You can host the Modules/services Or related materials anywhere on the network.
• Do not use the software, services and modules to allow others to engage in any illegal activity where the software is accessed and used.
• Do not use our service to violate terms and conditions of third parties through the use, public display, public performance, reproduction, distribution, or modification of communications or materials that infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, other proprietary rights, or rights against defamation of third parties.

Limitation of Liability

WHMCSModule Networks is not liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages incurred by you or third parties. This includes any potential business or profit loss arising from accessing our site or using our services/modules. These limitations are essential to our agreement, and we would not be able to provide our services without them.

Service Admin Rights

All services, modules, and software from WHMCSModule Networks are licensed for use in accordance with the terms and conditions of the license. WHMCSModule Networks retains all rights not explicitly granted to you. Our modules and services are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
WHMCSModule Networks holds all administrative rights, copyrights, patents, trade secrets, trademarks, and other creative property rights related to our services and modules. Copyright notices are included in all services and modules and must remain unaltered and visible at all times.

Service Termination

If we notice that any of our software, service or modules are attempt to renting, Sub-licensing, Assigning, Leasing, loaning or Reselling for Extra Income is considered to be illegal.

Upon termination or uninstallation of the service/module, all copies in any media must be deleted. The service remains active until terminated. WHMCSModule Networks reserves the right to terminate the license without notice if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement. We strongly recommend that you delete all copies of the services/modules upon termination.

Zero Warranties

At WHMCSModule Networks you accept the service in required format and without any service warranty. We disown all the warranties, conditions, implied warranties, conditions of merchantability, Non-infringement and satisfactory quality of any modules/services. Use or performance of any services/modules completely remains with you which may cause the risk affecting your business.

Payments and Other Fees

At WHMCSModule Networks, all services are billed on an annual basis, granting you access to our services along with 24/7 technical support and service updates. To continue receiving updates and support, you must renew your service license by making payment before the due date, in accordance with any special offers discussed with our sales department.

We reserve the right to change service fees for various reasons, with prior notice provided before any new charges take effect.

Once you agree to our payment policy, you will receive proforma invoices in PDF format sent to your registered email. To make a payment, log in to your client area, navigate to the billing section, and pay any outstanding invoices before the due date. Failure to do so will result in automatic suspension of the service.

Genuine insights from you can drive future service modifications and help us serve you better. If you encounter any issues with our services, please take screenshots and share them with us. Our service and module professionals are ready to take action on all feedback received.

Once we receive payment for your order, our support team will send you the download files through a support ticket, or you will be redirected to download the service immediately. Alternatively, a service download email with instructions will be sent to your registered email address.

Upon completing the download, you can be assured that the service has been successfully delivered. If you do not receive an email from WHMCSModule Networks with download instructions within 5 working days of your purchase, please contact us. Otherwise, we will consider that the service has been successfully deployed and downloaded.

Chargebacks And Payment Disputes

Once we receive payment for your order, our support team will send you the download files through a support ticket, or you will be redirected to download the service immediately. Alternatively, a service download email with instructions will be sent to your registered email address.

Moneyback Guarantee

Under this Terms of Service agreement, you must first contact WHMCSModule Networks to attempt to resolve any billing disputes before reaching out to your bank or credit card company. Any billing disputes must be submitted in writing to our administration department within one month of the invoice payment in question.

By using our services, you agree to this policy and commit to contacting WHMCSModule Networks before approaching your financial institution for resolution. If you dispute charges contrary to this agreement, we reserve the right to refer your account or sell your debt (plus any applicable fees) to a third-party collection agency. We also retain the right to take further legal action if necessary.

Regarding Our Products and Its Services

We offer various types of products, including Yearly Licenses, One-Time Licenses, Open Source Licenses, and Custom Development Solutions.

• Yearly License: With this option, you receive ongoing support as long as your license remains active.
• One-Time License: You receive support for the first year only. After that, you can continue using the version you downloaded, but you will not receive further support or access to new versions unless you pay for support and update services. Due to the longer license duration, prices for some products may be higher than those of the Yearly License.
• Open Source License: Similar to the One-Time License, you will not receive support after the first year. Additionally, as this is an open-source product, you are not permitted to resell or publicly publish the module. Payments must be made via wire transfer only.
• Custom Development Solutions: These modules are tailored specifically for you, allowing you to sell them to others. However, support is limited to the first three months. Payments for custom developments are also accepted via wire transfer only.
