1) Refund Policy on Products

We are committed to providing you with the best and latest products across various platforms, along with limited-time prime services such as service purchases, free installation assistance, module training, and technical support, minimizing any reasons for cancellation. However, due to the nature of our products and the inability to guarantee that our software or templates won’t be deleted from your device, we cannot issue refunds once a purchase has been made. If a product has not yet been delivered, we will gladly issue a refund — no exceptions!.

2) Zero Refund Policy on Products

By registering with WHMCSModule Networks, you agree to our Terms of Service (TOS) and Refund Policy, which state that all products and services are non-refundable once they have been delivered, downloaded, and activated successfully. We strongly encourage you to review WHMCSModule Networks' policies carefully before purchasing any products on our website. Please examine the following list of activities closely. If any of these aspects apply to your situation, we regret to inform you that you will NOT be eligible for a refund.

• Refund amount will be membership fees minus the service discount (if any), i.e if the service is not activated by us in such cases refund turn around/ processing time is 24 business hours
• On any Module/Service renewals, refund policy is not applicable.
• If the module/Service is been used for illegal purpose Or used in abuse cases Or Maximum Downloads on Single Module within 15Days, Then the Refund Request will be denied.
• Additional services like custom software development, WHMCS or Module installation assistance, Module Training, WHMCS or Module upgrades, and Custom Module Features are non-refundable.
• We process the refund on only the proper reason for cancellation is given. If you have any issues with the modules then our technical support team will be available through support tickets to resolve your issues.
• On Purchase of any Product you agree to its advantages and disadvantages, refund is not applicable if the product doesn't meet your business expectation.
• All open source code version of modules are non refundable ( due to the nature of the module ).

3) Refund Policy on Custom Software Development

WHMCSModule Networks' custom software development services are designed to align with your business operations. If our services do not meet your business requirements, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund before the project is completed. The decision between a full or partial refund will be based on the current progress of the project development.

Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund if the project status is "Not Started" (provided you have not downloaded the module; we maintain a log of file downloads).

Partial Refund: You may receive a partial refund if the project status is "Started" or "On Hold" (for example, if the project is approximately 50% complete).

4) Cancellation Policy

WHMCSModule Networks reserves the right to cancel the account at any time. Customer acknowledges that a minimum of 12 days cancellation notice prior to the following renewal term must be given in writing to WHMCSModule Networks or the Customer will be responsible for full payment of the following term.

The Cancellation Request Will Be Subject to the Following Guidelines:

• Cancellation request must be submitted to the Administration department via our billing system.
• Cancellation request must be submitted from the main email address on file with WHMCSModule Networks.
• Cancellation request must contain the product details.
• Cancellation request must contain a valid reason.
