Important Update: Discontinuation of Owned Licenses

Dear Valued Customer,

We would like to inform you about an important update to our licensing model.

After careful consideration, we have decided to discontinue the sale of Owned Licenses. Over time, we have observed that many hosting providers using WHMCS, Blesta, or WISECP are often unsure about how the Owned License model works, particularly regarding support renewals and access to updates. To make our licensing simpler and more transparent, we are introducing additional subscription payment terms.

In addition to our existing Annual plan, you can now choose from:

• Bi-Annual (2-Year) plans with discounted pricing.
• Tri-Annual (3-Year) plans with even greater discounted pricing.

These discounts are intended to remain available for the long term. Regardless of whether you choose the Annual, Bi-Annual, or Tri-Annual plan, your license will include continuous support and access to the latest product updates throughout your active subscription period.

For Existing Owned License Holders

If you already own an Owned License, nothing changes. Your license will continue to function under the existing terms.

When your support and add-on subscription expires, you will need to renew it if you wish to:

• Receive technical support.
• Download and use the latest product releases and updates (you can not download any releases after this mail).

Your perpetual license itself remains valid, but an active support renewal is required to access new versions and receive assistance from our support team.

We appreciate your continued trust and support. Our goal with these changes is to provide a simpler, more straightforward licensing experience while continuing to deliver the best possible service.
