Licensing system and its types

As we got various questions about of licensing system and its type ( despite of we mentioned these in our FAQ and TOS ) users have confusions around it hence re-posting them here.

Since the beginning of our business, we've offered two main licensing models—similar to what WHMCS used to provide in the past:

Annual License
This is a yearly subscription model. You pay an annual fee which includes ongoing support and access to all updates. If you choose not to renew, the license will terminate, and you'll lose access to both the module and support services.

One-Time (Owned) License
With this option, you pay a one-time fee. It includes one year of free updates and technical support. After the first year, the license remains active, and you can continue using the version of the module you had at the time your support expired. However, access to updates and technical support is discontinued unless you renew the support package. (This is similar to the "Owned License" model WHMCS offered before it was discontinued).

Upgrading to the Latest Version in case of Owned license
To access the latest version of the module, you'll need to purchase or renew the update and support services, post which you will be able to download and get any support from us if required..
