Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you about an important update regarding Hetzner Cloud plans.

Please note that we do not own or control the Hetzner API. Our module retrieves available plans directly from Hetzner’s API using the API key you provide. This means the plans are fully API-driven and not manually updated within the module.

If Hetzner updates the plans on their website but you do not see these changes reflected in the module’s Plans page (within the addon page) or under Products/Services (in modules settings tab of your product), it is likely because Hetzner has not yet updated the corresponding API endpoint.

In such cases, updating an existing product may not reflect the new plans. To access and use the updated plans (once they are available via the API), you will need to create a new product under Products/Services.

As the module simply displays the data received from Hetzner’s API, we are unable to make any changes unless Hetzner updates their API. The module does not have the ability to override or manually modify this information.
